Hole Resizing Jigs

Our Hole Resizing Jig provides a precise, repeatable, and frustration-free method for enlarging existing holes to a larger diameter. The clever centering design locks your hole saw concentrically over any existing hole where the normal 1/4 inch pilot drill bit won't work, eliminating drift and delivering a perfectly aligned cut every time.

Dead-On Centering: The Hole Resizing Jig threads onto the same threads as the hole saw and rides the existing drilled hole to cutout a “donut” shape enlarging the smaller hole to the desired larger diameter.  

Clean Results: Eliminates the wandering and tear-out that comes from freehand resizing, leaving a smooth, true circular edge ready for hardware or finishing.

Heavy-Duty Materials: Printed in Black PETG filament, offering superior strength and heat resistance to stand up to drilling friction and repeated use.

Modular Sizing System: Jigs are available in common step-up combinations.  Purchase the resizing jig that is the diameter of the existing hole (2 inch resizing jig to enlarge a existing 2 inch hole).

Broad Compatibility: Works with any standard bi-metal or carbide hole saw and fits common handheld drills.  The jig threads onto the protruding threads on the inside of the hole saw.

Ideal For: Thin-wall plastic bins, enclosure lids, and ventilation panels where a clean resized hole is needed without starting from scratch.
